Worker oversees and/or participates in project management, coordination, planning, and scheduling; performs strategic analysis and planning; prepares charts, diagrams, and tables that depict the present and proposed systems in terms of costs, benefits derived, and processes accomplished. Worker provides internal and external training in areas of expertise.
Worker to provide functional expertise for one or more of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules, in a highly customized complex environment:
1) PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 – Core HR;
2) PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 – Position Management;
3) PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 – Payroll, including Commitment Accounting;
4) PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 – Time & Labor
WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Communicate effectively and correctly in writing and verbally on a variety of business matters as required
· Knowledge of project management methodologies
· Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials, Technical and Functional
· Experience in gathering business requirements for large projects
· Must possess problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary
· Good teamwork skills, ability to collaborate with technical staff and customer staff on the project
· Perform related work as assigned
