I'm an English speaker from Canada. For the past 2 years, I've worked as a client services manager where I manage customer inquiries/questions in person, over the phone, and via email. (We use RingCentral and Outlook). Through this position, I've developed strong skills in communication, time management, and analysis, which I hope to translate to ToursonFire.
I'm extremely interested in the travel and tour business both professionally and personally. Professionally, I've worked with travel agencies. Leisurely, I have traveled throughout Europe, the Caribbean and the States which has provided me with many first-hand experiences with tour companies which will be an asset when working with clients in the tour industry.
In regards to my availability, I'm available Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9-4 (with access to a quiet workspace)
