BlackBerry App , Smartphone apps

Please be sure to add a $$ figure and estimate time needed or I will not know what your thinking. I am building an online (SaaS) web application and I want to start with a mobile BlackBerry application to intigrate with the Web Solution. End user portion; The application need to be simple and easy to use and flow process is simple. The application will allow communication with the software web application and allow for Logon to specific URL via SSL and allow the users to book appointments and see what times are open/booked. Business Portion; There will also be a portsion/install which will allow the calendar owner to be able to logon and view their appointments and modify settings within the app via the mobile app. ie; book time off, vacations, approve new appointments, etc... The web application is built in PHP/MySQL. Completion of this application will be on my Acceptance of the application. I will own all the software/code at the end. NDA will be signed.
