Alter some Images

Design - Image cutting visit website links provided by us and obtain pics of various car models resize them in pre-defined sizes and background name them as per prescribed format approx 2,500 pics timelines - 20 days and follow a proper naming format - that would be shared Image cutting: 1. Image should be on pure white background. 2. Size of the image should be 910x378. 3. DPI for each image should be 72 to 96 dpi. 4. We need PSD or AI files for each image. 5. We need only 10 to 30 pics for each OEM and all OEM website should be covered by the bidder. 6. Bidder need to strictly follow guideline given by us. However we are relaxing Shadow norms. 7. One pic of each model should be created in all available colors for that model, rest of the pics should be as available on OEM website, preferably in 1 color only. 8. Naming of the file should be as per our prescribed format. 3 Separate folders to be created for each country: a. Common image: i. Model Level Image -<OemName>/<ModelName>/<imageName> ii. Variant Level Image - <OemName>/<ModelName>/<CarVariantId>/<imageName> b. Interior image: i. Model Level Image -<OemName>/<ModelName>/<CarImageStyleCode>.jpg 1. Ex: [login to view URL] ii. Ex: [login to view URL] ii. Variant Level Image - <OemName>/<ModelName>/<CarVariantId>/<CarImageStyleCode>.jpg 1. Ex: [login to view URL] 9. We will only accept the image, if it corresponds to any 1 of the image present in Image library shared. 11. There should not be any mismatch of OEM name and / or model name and / or variant name with the actual image, this mistake will lead to rejection of the image 12. Depending upon the awarded pics to each bidder, 5% pics would be required on daily basis for project to end in 20 days. If the bidder is not able to meet daily target, we have the right to cancel the project and settle the bill at 20% of per pic price for pics submitted. For example, if per pic cost is Rs. 8, we may pay only Rs. 1.6 or less for each pic completed and cancel the remaining project. 13. Benchmark for checking quality of pic is sample pics submitted by the bidder at the starting of the project. 14. We will only pay for 20 days work after that any pic submitted by bidder would not be considered as part of the project and we would not be liable to pay for it. Also, we will penalize the bidder for delay in the work as per point 6. 15. If we found more than 10% error on whole project than we have right to cancel the project. 16. If we found 5 to 10% error on whole project than leads to penalty to the assignee and we will pay only 50% of the project. 17. All image cutting should be done by as per our guideline, which is attached with this project. If bidders do agree with the above terms and condition then only they can get the project. please go through the attached for guide lines
