Do some 3D Modelling

We require PHP software that will convert United States food ingredients and nutritional labels into EU compliant food labels. The software will need to have the facility to add and manage multiple users. The software will need to allow you to manually type in ingredients and nutritional information. The software will need to automatically bold format certain pre-assigned phrases found in ingredients entered in to the form. The software will need to automatically generate warnings when certain pre-assigned ingredients are entered in to the form. The software will need to allow you to set up permanent settings such as company name, address and website. The software will need to generate and resize labels to be printed on to A4 label sheets (see [login to view URL] for examples of label sheets) The software will need to complete mathematics equations to calculate percentage. I will supply an excel sheet with these calculations for reference. I have attached an example of the input label (which will need to be manually typed in) and an example of what the software should generate.
