Clean up Real Estate Photos

We want to clean up a collection of photos for a client's home real estate flier {adding pretty blue sky, green the grass slightly, remove telephone wires, alter tone of photo to look bright and airy, etc.} to enhance the photos, but still look natural. The job will consist of minimally enhancing ~10 photos. A few are outside photos; the rest are inside photos. Sample photo is attached. Final artwork should be high-res jpeg.
