Add Color and Text To Illustrations

Need a professional to drop color and text into illustrations.? We are looking for a vintage poster look (link to sample provided). The illustrations are hand-drawn? caricatures (see attachment) and color will need to be added to the subject matter. ? Some of the illustrations may be submitted with partial color while others may not.? In addition, the illustrations? may need to be "cleaned" up in certain areas.?
