Convert A Small Site: PSD To CSS/XHTML/etc

I have 4 common pages drafted up in Photoshop CS4 and I need it to be converted to 4 HTML files using proper HTML. I guess if you need me to convert it to an older version of Photoshop I can do that as well.
The text needs to be formatted as readable text, the images should be consistent on every page (the same image should not occur more than once with two different names) and all images should be moved to the /images directory. A CSS file will be needed for a style sheeting and that will be located in the /css directory.
The pages should be compatible with IE 7+, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Image should be PNG format and transparent where possible. You will need to send me your sliced Photshop files if you have any when you're done.
Also, you'll have an existing site that this new design will be replacing for your convenience. I've uploaded an image preview of the new site. There may be a few extra tasks I'll ask of you depending on your experience, and you will be compensated accordingly.
