contact list grabber and delete checker

Hi basicaly im looking to have a script that when a user puts there msn add and password in and submit,it sends a email to all there msn contacts with a message of my choice basicaly its a invite system that invites the users msn contact list instantly I need this for following client yahoo, msn , gmail, rediff, indiatimes and second script is for to check the user whether he/she is online or not? on above clients including icq and aol
