The site I require is very similar but not identical....just a few minor modifications such as payment to make a listing and payment to remove a listing (based on 10% of the debt that has been recovered). Different Search capabilities (hidden information available upon payment etc.) The job will require you to add a paypal module which can be activated or deactivated. You will also need to integrate the payment with a UK Merchant account such as HSBC (bank details will be provided once a suitable bank has been chosen!) The design layout and logos have been completed already, just need PHP and mySQL databases to be created. The script should be generic with modifyable themes by configurable CSS.
