Create small php script to get prices from a website

We do have a list of unique book numbers (all valid). We want you to make a script that: 1. Enters the book number in the search box of a book site 2. Waits till the page with book information is displayed 3. Gets the actual book price from the screen 4. Saves the price in our list 5. Continues with the next book The script should display progress (x prices read) and have the option to stop it. After starting the script again, it should restart and process books which do not yet have a price. We should be able to specify the maximum number of searches per minute and per hour.
