Clan website coding

We have had a design made for us which can be found at [login to view URL] What we're basically looking from now is for each of the different areas to be coded with a main central control panel. The following is what we would like: Login/registrations - 3 different accesses Admin - Will have full access of everything Poster - Same access as members but can also post news Member - Can edit their profile, download files, make comments on news posts etc... Should be an option to retrieve password, change password, and new registrations have to be confirmed by email. We would like a news system where we have the options to change the colour of the text, make the text bold, italic etc... As well on the new posts we would like the ability for registered members to add comments but this required them to be logged in. It will also state the member which posted the news and the date it was posted on. A results script - when a result is added we would like it to be added to latest results which then shortcuts in to a more detailed explanation of the result and to also be added to the matches page. In the more detailed results we would like an image of the map played, the two teams lineups, the score (if we win in green, if we lose in red), the date, match report, comments (by registered users) A file script which allows us to upload files which are then available for download. The file is then added to either latest media or latest demo on the home page depending on what file type it is, with a number of total downloads next to it. The same occurs on the "Downloads" & "Gallery" pages. On the downloads page it will state how many times it has been downloaded and on the gallery page it will state how many times it has been viewed and again comments on both (by registered users). Contact us page can only be used by registered members. Has a subject and then a body. Member profiles - Users can upload an image of themselves and fill in the following info. Name, age, country, steam ID, website, cpu, gfx card, monitor, ram, mouse, mousemat, connection If an admin uploads an image then this should automatically upload to the "vel roster" page on the right hand side og the home page. Comments can be removed by admins. Accounts can be suspended by admins and usernames can be changed. The name of the person making the comment hyperlinks to heir profile.
