I am starting a text based game website, similar to some facebook games, however a standalone website. I am not competent at developing systems from scratch, however once something is built I would be able to expand on features so my requirement is a system to be built with a basic integration to allow further features. The system would need to be OOP with the users with features like levels and such implemented and user groups as part of the main game system. With the authentication system there must also be an admin login with the correct permissions for the admins/moderators etc. If possible, a nosql database engine would be great as the website may see high traffic, however this is not essential.
