I have a static articles/content site that I would like to turn into a dynamic site for the ease of administration. If you want to use wordpress/moveabletype engine etc..You need to be an expert at it and able to remove all extra function in the admin. I do not need to see all the complex blog functionality and admin functions, it has to be simple and easy to use. The admin needs to control exactly whats on the website and allow me to add/edit/update/categorize articles/links/content. In addition to that I need to have an ability to create an html/text emails from the main page of the site which are based on the template I will provide. Which should be petty simple and could be a separate link in the admin. If this sounds relatively simple to you, and its like a cms type system you have built many times for other clients.
