I have a webserver running the latest version of vBulletin on it. I need the entire thing redesigned with a custom skin, images, logo, and so on. I need the site to genereate revenue through ads, so I will need a design that will be easy and flexible so that I can control the rotating ads with little experience in php. The website's soul principle is to be a safe place to buy, trade, and sell equipment by having us act as a middle man (by inspecting the equipment and/or holding onto the cash until notified to release the funds to the selling party) So the design will have to be transaction friendly as well in that users can create and submit to us and/or the party they are trading or selling to, custom transactions that we would act as a moderator/3rd party on. I also want auctions to be an option as well. Furthermore, I need someone to be able to optimize this site in everyway to be search friendly. Naturally, it has to be promoted in order to survive. I need someone whos going to be able to get this job done within 5-14 days. THE REAL BUDGET IS $50-$550
