This project is different to Speed Dating, but it has some things in common as far as how people contact each other and how events are organized by ages, custom groups of interests, etc. The main idea is that people visit would visit my site, register and go out to dinner with another people. We'd need the backend to make things easier, like creating events, adding restaurants, managing groups of interests, etc, which I’m describing below. We would be the organizer, but members would also be able to suggest and event, place for the event, and the group of interest they would like to participate in. For instance: "I would like to have a dinner at a Thai Restaurant in CityX with people that like animals". We'd be able to research a bit on this suggestion and create this event, if we wish it would be nice for the site and users. Users would only suggest. After the dinner, users would receive an email notification (sms as optional to their mobiles if we get to an agreement with SMS company, that would be optional, but I think I will get it). They would meet at the restaurant, and talk to each other, etc. Internal rules would advice not to exchange contact information, but they can do it. This is just a brief summary. I'll send full project description to those that match my requirements. Project should be done entirely under XHTML and CSS, without the use of tables, only when necessary. I need a company that can do this project for me, I do not want a 1-3 man company, because there are normally delays and problems with that. I have a very clear idea of what I want, and I provide mockups of how layout should be (design is done by you, but it's easier when you know what you have to do).
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
