Develop two MAGENTO Commerce advanced export profiles

I'm building a Magento site, and I need some experienced help getting custom csv reports. I need to be able to export specific order information. Report/Profile #1 For every x number of orders, I want to export a csv file with the order number, Attribute "A", and Custom Option (the custom option is a text field). I would prefer to be able to change x depending on my needs, but if that's not possible, I'll set the number of orders at 25. Keep in mind if you give me instructions for how to change the number, I can probably do it, but I'm not a programmer. Report/Profile #2 For each month, I need to export a csv file with about seven fields for each order placed that month. Some example fields I want included would be order number, number of items ordered, order cost, and shipping cost, along with a few others that are specific to my site.
