Develop software/web programming

My company name is GSM Consultant; we are company formation that offers consultancy services. I am putting together a website but will need the company formation section of the website to access the Companies House data, for this reason allowing my customer to do the same thing from my page through accessing there data. I want you to develop software to communicate with Companies House to use their Electronic Filing service. They have supplied me with Technical Interface Specification and the XML schemas that should make the process easier and faster to develop. Companies House is the foundation of company information exchange in the UK: they help business, inform the public and benefit the economy. The main functions of Companies House are to: incorporate limited companies; Company house allow the public to Search Company information. They have a Web Check service offers, that offers a searchable Company Names, free basic company details, free filing history, free insolvency history, document ordering, company reports, monitor service, and Address Index free of charge which enables you to search for information on more than 2 million companies; and make this information available to the public. There are two main pieces of documentation required in order to develop software to communicate with Companies House using the Electronic Filing service, this Technical Interface Specification and the XML schemas. This document will describe the way the service will work, its scope, how to gain approval from Companies House and how to apply for an account to use the service. The XML schemas, referenced within this document, describe the layout and content, where appropriate, of the data to be submitted. This document has been written without reference to the previous Software Filing service using the propriety TAG=DATA encoding via email (discontinued from 1/10/2009).
