Customise Open Meeting - video confarence open source

**The System**: is a computer & hardware for **medical purpose** **The use with the Open Meetings software:** After auto checking a patient our system will give him the option to have a Video chat with a doctor **(video only** with no self video) -> a link will be created by the server side and when it'll be activated a video call will start. The doctor will have the options to: 1. invite another doctor to the video chat 2. Record the session ( API/Script) *it's already build in in the software Please refer to the Detailed requirements of this project for complete understanding. Note that many of the option can be done via scripting in the server configuration file Please feel free contact with any question you have Regards Yochai H V.G.N ## Deliverables Please note: a **questions** I've is marked with **green**, **important** notes marked in **red**, **regular** notes marked in **blue**. **The System**: is a computer & hardware for **medical purpose** **Client side:** having a **Win7** embed OS on **Dual core Atom N2800 cpu** with **2G 1066 Mhz** 50-dimm & **SSD 16G**, **regular simple Camera and mic**. **The use with the Open Meetings software:** After auto checking a patient our system will give him the option to have a Video chat with a doctor **(video only**, **that every side will see only the other and it will be embedded in a web page**) The call will be placed like this: when the patient click on the video call option (on my software = **I need an API/script like to initial a call and than OpenMeetings server will create a link** **(how do I get this link to my app?)** that I'll manage via my software and **when this link will be activated a call from the patient=chackUP system will be placed to the doctor client** **( there is many chackUP system & many Doctor systems) (the doctor is activating the links by clicking on them).** If the doctor will need to consulate he will invite an expert to participate in the video call (**and than every side will see the other two sides video**) // I'll also want to **future option** that if an expert is not available in a video call the doctor will have the **option to call him via voice call (e.g Voip via Asterix )**. The doctor will **have an option to record the video->pause->continue record by an API/script** and the **recording will be save on a directory on the server (What is the recording naming will be?)** I need **many rooms (don't know how much) and will use Face to Face talks (or 2 to 1 after you will customise it to me)** **(what is the recommendation for simultaneous connection & on what server? // can we have an auto servers cluster option if we exceeded the limitation? )** I want to try having **800X600 resolution**. Will **name the rooms** after the doctors systems (e.g **ChackUP_Med_0001 format ChackUP_Med_XXXX**) **No logo, No color scheme** -> Remove all GUI leave only a good quality video window (**without the window frame**). We need the option to **configure the where the client side will connect**: For example: **chackUP_st0001** (st in the name as station) will need to be connected to a **pool of doctors like chackUP_Med0005 or chackUP_Med0006 or chackUP_Med0007** (Med in the name as medical = doctor) I prefer (I think :-) **this should be configure in the servers side** inside it or as an add on software or files If we will need to use more than 1 server duo to many chackUP stations, **how the station will know to where it should be connect?** **does the server transfer all of the connections or it's only do the hatching and the rest of the conversation is p2p** (We need the p2p for performances) Please feel free contact with any question you have Regards Yochai H V.G.N
