Custom T-shirt Designer

We have been running a t-shirt website for 3 years, selling custom shirts (and other clothing). We have recently updated the entire site apart from the custom t-shirt designer/previewer. This project invloves creating such an application in C#.Net/XML/Flash that will fit with the style of our website. Please take the time to read the specification thoroughly - We expect top quality results on time and to spec, and are prepared to pay a fair to good price for genuine talent. If anything in the specification is not met, then we will not accept the project. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
