Custom Real Estate IDX Software/Website

I'm essentially looking for a website clone, that is similar to [login to view URL] They have essentially made a custom idx software that is found at [login to view URL] - What I'm looking for is someone to make me a software/website that rivals this. I need something that looks and functions just like their stuff does. I need someone who has built an IDX type Real Estate system before. Please be aware that this is a long term project, as I forsee this being something that will take a while to complete. I need you to build this site, so that it can be customized to fit within different MLS systems across the United States. The first MLS system I need this to work with is the WFRMLS. I need to be able to create subdomains for new agents or brokers. 2. The software needs to include a complete backend, where people are able to view and change their information, just like the blueroof one. 3. HAS TO HAVE SEO FRIENDLY URL's. ***No exeptions!!! 4. Site must be designed in php 5. Must also contain a backend that will be a lead distribution system. The backend will need to be able to send out customized emails to these clients. Thank you ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. If coder doesn't respond to my winning bid request within 24 hours, I have the right to cancel their winning bid and award this to another coder. ## Platform Site needs to function within all browsers.
