Custom Flash MediaPlayer

Custom Made Flash MediaPlayer Needed. For reference it will be live streaming only using FMLE and FMIS 3.5 I would like something along the lines of Jw Player but 2 unique functions must apply. 1, The mediaplayer must have a buffer which allows you to pause the live stream, let buffer up and play again for people with broadband connections less than the required rate to watch slightly delayed. 2. I would like a custom button on the mediaplayer which when clicked onto will show alternative links in the format of HD, HQ, MQ, LQ, when a client clicks on these function it will take them to a different rtmp stream, for this to work i would need the button to have a section of xml were i can add 2/3/4 or 5 links within the mediaplayer for bandwidth choices.
