Create Online Store with Affiliate Data Feeds

I have an established apparel blog with Wordpress that I would like to add an online affiliate store to. The store will be a separate component, being on it's own page, which will allow me to use this feed with other websites/themes which is a needed function. I would also like a "men's" section, a "women's" section and a "sale" section so I can include the appropriate links on my homepage's primary menu. Once the individual is within their selected section by gender, I would like the filter functions to be located at the top of the page horizontally with a drop down menu that includes radio buttons for all the brands that are available, so the user can pick the individual brands that they would like to search, as well as a price drop down menu that includes the low to high and high to low option. As for the affiliate feeds themselves, I currently have accounts with Commission Junction, Google Affiliate Network and Amazon. I would like to take only the jeans from a select list of brands (around 20) and only have those jeans as the products fed to the online store. Another feature that is important is if there is a duplicate product that only the lowest price is shown. I would like all the pictures, titles and prices to be in the same size/format/font as well, creating a clean full width but sophisticated look. Once a picture or title is clicked on it should go straight to the product page on the appropriate company's website for checkout. One last important feature is that these products need to be readable by search engines for SEO enhancement. Thank you for your interest in this project.
