Content managament system for JW player

Hello I'm using the JW FLV player here: [login to view URL];category=popular_factual I need a very simple content management system so my client can add, edit or delete from each XML playlist. The 3 XML playlists they have are: popular factual, specialist factual and factual entertainment. The CMS needs to have a login page and have the ability for them to add, edit or delete the current content. New content should appear at the top of each playlist.
