Combined job: retail auction site and fixed price web store

We are looking for IT assistance for build-out of a web auction platform, similar in function to [login to view URL] specifically, with countdown timer and auto-reset (if any bids occur in the last 30 seconds). We also would like to intergrate a fixed price store platform (seperate URL). The key to this being that both stores use the same inventory, with automatic allowcation of inventory. The reporting on the auction site is also critical. We need to be able to track (in real time): 1) Average closing bid $$ per item. 2) Estimated supply (in days) based on previous usage of that item. 3)Payment ratio of same item previously closed in days aging. A standard software package (mailware) claims to be able to intergrate with such custom platforms and provide many of the features I specified, especially inventory tracking. We would be interested in using some off-the-shelf software (to save money) and some custom software.
