Im looking for someone to create a clone of [url removed, login to view], it will be translated into a different language.

The functionality should be pretty simple as you can use the site to be cloned to get an idea, I am drawing up a detailed spec sheet.

Design psds provided.

Please give your code framework, language + DB used and how they cope with large traffic.
