CS-Cart XML Feed addon/module

I am looking for someone to develop an addon/module for my CS Cart shopping cart software. Preferably someone who has experience with CS Cart What i want is a addon/module to be able to intergrate XML feeds into my shopping cart, that will update on a daily basis. I want it to be very user friendly and easy to use. (there is already a data feeds addon that comes with CS Cart which is basically how i want the XML feed module to look etc, only i want it to support XML, and i believe this could possibly be used to develop an XML feed with some changes??) I have a test cart to test and develop the module with. I will also require full instructions on which directories the parts of the module will need to be uploaded to before they can be installed through the cart. My Budget is not massive - but is negotiable for the right person. PMB me for more information.
