We need to put our Product Range on our website. At the moment the website only has one page that has a data capture facility. Whenever customers put their e-mail into the address field on the website, we e-mail them our 4-Page e-Brochure and Order Form, which are both in PDF Formats (please see attached files). We would just like to transfer the contents of the e-Brochure onto pages on the website, so that customers can view each page of the brochure and see our product range, without us having to e-mail them the Brochure every time. We would also like all the fileds on the Order Form to be fieds on one of the web pages, so that customers can fill in the fields and click Submit, and we would then receive the data from their Order Form. All the artwork from the PDF e-Brochure can be supplied in whatever format needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Enhance our website by adding pages to it that display our product range and information, as per the e-Brochure attached. 5) One of the pages of the website to be exactly the same as the Order Form (attached) where customers would be able to fill in the fields and click "Submit" to send the data to us. This page may need to open in a new and smaller window, so customers can still see the product range page(s) whilst filling in the Order Form. 6) Hand over all control of the website to us, including codes and passwords, as well as the intellectual property rights for the work carried out, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED BY US NOT TO DO SO. ## Platform It's a web page so it needs to be able to come up on all internet browsers.
