Automated Stock trading Program

This projects takes a defined trading plan: IE Buy XYZ Stock near 5 and sell near 10, and it executes it for my client automatically without the client doing anything other than clicking a button that says yes, i want you to do that. the program will need to read the plan, store the data, and monitor the price of the stock with real time data. It will also have to process orders to execute stock trades when the time is right (defined by the plan) through XML. Much of the database side of this project has been completed. The recent programmer has a delay in his office and he cannot work for the next 3 weeks. This is a time sensative issue. I have provided links which will help define my project below. Please read them too, they are much more detailed. The skills are simple: EXPERT in xml, php, and mysql MUST have a basic understanding buying and selling stocks. MUST be able to work during US Market hours for a short period of time while you test the program. MUST have reliable high speed Internet Access MUST be available to complete the project quickly. Having a Team of Programmers is a PLUS Here are 2 links. the first is an explanation of the buy alerts, and the second is a schematic. <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) when the program successfully recognizes and records appropriately input data for a buy alert (trading plan), 2)when it successfully compares that to provided streaming quotes 3)when the program writes successfully to XML 4)when the program operates the 'buy side' perfectly. 5)when a detailed desciptions and user guide is provided. The first payment will be made then. The second payment will be made on the 'short side' There are 2 sides to this: 1. The Buy Side. 2. The Short Side Once the buy side is made the short side will be very easy and should take very little time. Then, the next payment will be made when the client interfaces are made. This will be where the client says: Yes, I want to make that trade. After this step we should be ready to go live and the program should be fully functional. I will retain the programmer to continue to work on this project as new development come up. ## Platform The program needs to run on all operating systems.
