Minor Changes To Wordpress Site - repost

Super simple project for someone who knows what he or she is doing. I am looking for someone who has great wordpress skills and can make some changes and improvements to our existing wordpress site. To start, we ar looking for someone who can add a textbox to our existing homepage. I have attached two screenshots for your review. We want to add a textbox on the homepage of [login to view URL] Please see the example textbox. It will obviously be using different text to match our company and city. We have many more changes we would like to see on our site. Please send questions if you have them.
