DirectoryPress Customisation

I need someone familiar with DirectoryPress to customize my site. Please make sure you are familiar with DirectoryPress before you bid. I have been through one designer who had no clue and wasted my time and money. I need someone to basically to take a look at a sample site and it's features. Please take a look at this site: [login to view URL] Notice the front end arrangement. It is a basic arrangement but requires some HTML. Click through a category. Notice this entire page. Click on a listing, a featured one and notice how the page is laid out. Please note all the features. Click the "Add Listing" button. Notice the social media options. Also you will need to setup the paypal payment. I want someone using that sample site while retaining all it's features, to come up with an original, professional looking site. By that I mean the CSS, look, colors should be yours while retaining all the features. If you can even improve on it with better features, all the better. I do not want an copy of this site. I want something original based on it. I do understand this is a bit of work but please don't bid for more than the maximum amount I have offered. Sorry I can't offer more because I already paid hundreds to someone who claimed he could do the job but failed miserably. So please, please don't bid on this if the amount is not enough for you and above all if you cannot do what I have asked for.
