Develop Wordpress Plugin

Hello, I'm looking for a skilled wordpress plugin developer to develop a plugin for me. This plugin works like an automatic backlink creator for wordpress posts The features this plugin will have includes: Integration with [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] (API function) for spinning contents before submission Integration with Social networksm bookmarks and web 2.0 blogs where the contents are sent automatically, all these sites have API, so you don't have to worry. Examples of the networks and blogs are: Twitter, Blogger, Tumblr, LinkedIn, Plurk, Jaiku, [login to view URL], delicious, multiply, faves, digg, livejournal, connotea etc... (I'm sure this will give you the ideas of the sites we will be working with). In total, I would want the plugin to be integrated with around 120 of these types of networks (But we can start with just a number of networks then keep updating it till we reach the number set). The plugin should user interface for managing the social network accounts. This plugin should be able to immediately post a spun version of an article to all the networks activated on it once the article is published on my site. When the spun articles are posted to these networks, the plugin should be able to insert 2 backlinks in the spun article linking back to the original post and main site using the anchor texts specified by the user except on social bookmark sites like delicious. And I will need this project completed in less than a month, precisely before December 25, 2011. This plugin should have 3 steps of licenses I am looking to award this project immediately to someone who is confident enough in his job and knows what he can do, if you know you can take on this project and complete it before due date then bid on this project and please, I only need skilled and expert wordpress developers to bid on this project.
