Custom Wordpress Theme Development

To develop a wordpress theme that delivers a very specific functionalities and integrates with an RSS/Videos/News importing plugin. It is extremely important for the developer to study how the plugin works in order to design the theme around it (plugin will be given once project is awarded) The theme needs to be fully responsive to work on ALL Android and OS devices. The theme needs to be fully translatable from the admin panel to add 2nd langue. The theme needs to have both LTR and RTL options to display content. The theme functions have to interact with social media sites (mainly facebook) in a very specific way that will be explained in details. The theme will have a built in ads module that controls the number and the locations of the ads displaying on the pages. The theme will have a user submission module that will be explained in details. The theme has several menus (header, upper footer, lower footer), the menus need to be fully controllable and very customizable from the admin panel. The front end must be fully customizable from the admin panel, this includes: functions, colors, menus, messages, social interactions, etc. The budget set for this project is about $500 and the timeframe allowed is about 2 weeks (including testing, deployment and bug fixes). The theme and all its functions/enchantments to be delivered in a ZIP format ready to be installed. The milestones are: - 25% upon approving the entire front end with all functions in the developer demo website. - 25% upon approving the entire back end with all functions in the developer demo website. - 25% upon testing the entire website (front and back end with all functions) in the developer demo website. - 25% upon installing and testing the entire website on my own domain. I already have very specific ideas on how the theme will look like and what functions need to be developed. All details will be provided once the project is awarded. I would require daily updates during the normal working hours. Please don't bid on the project if you can't deliver in the above mentioned timeframe.
