Custom WordPress Slider - Add thumbnails instead of dots

Need to turn a full-width image slider ([login to view URL]) that has 'dots' for the thumbnails into an image slider that has thumbnails that are auto generated upon media upload. Also need to have next/previous arrows to navigate through slider as well. Also need to make a tabbed social media 'connect' section, similar to this site (about half way down, right side, says 'connect' with a bunch of icons): [login to view URL] SO, to clarify: 1.) Update slider ----- add thumbnails instead of dots ----- add arrows for next/previous 2.)Update connect section ----- make connect section have tabbed navigation on hover instead of on 'click' Need it done within 2 days.
