I need someone to create a theme which mirrors the layout, colour scheme and approximate fonts of the attached pdf design. I'm not sure whether it would be better to do this from scratch, or to create a child theme for one of the Yootheme templates which I'm already familiar with. Possibly the latter if this would be simple enough to do. Would welcome your thoughts. Let me know if you'd like any more information. Apologies if I've under-budgetted - haven't commissioned anyone to do this sort of thing before. Ideally it would be completed next week, the sooner the better though.

Checked out the PDF, can create a theme for you, and you can use a Yootheme if you are comfortable with their options, etc. Otherwise we can put it on a responsive skeleton and go that route.
