Create Wordpress Plugin - Floating box for Adverts and Videos which is visible when scrolling

Eg As a visitor starts reading a blog post or page, the floating box appears and remains in view on the left or right hand side as you scroll down the page or post. If they try to close the box, the administrator can choose to lock the box to the footer The box is specific to a particular page/post so different boxes with different things can be used for different pages and they can contain either images or videos. The ability to popup on exit if the video/image is never clicked is also required The administrator can administer the box in the following ways Determine what is placed in the box Which page or post the floating box is placed on The box needs to be completely customisable ie what goes in it, it's colour, where it is placed Videos will have share buttons on them as will the image The project will be completed in 2 phases Phase 1 Completion of the box and the ability to add images Ability for different boxes to be put on different pages and posts Phase 2 Ability to add videos to the floating boxes Ability to lock the box to the bottom of the page if so required. Display the image or video on exit if not clicked by the site visitor **Contract terms** I would like to have it completed within 10 days.
