Convert our PHP Website to a WordPress Theme

I have an e-commerce website using a custom CMS that I want converted to a Wordpress Theme using the cart66 Lite e-commerce plugin. Sidebar area for widgets Featured banner widget Slider option for all pages with pagination, like "Easing Slider" plugin Recent Blog widget on Homepage Features Products widget on Homepage Sidebar banner widget (image and link) Custom subscribe widget using MailChimp in header (design in PSD). Products/services/merch/bundles/support use a sidebar custom category menu-widget. I would like to add a footer with 4 widget areas. ADMIN - CUSTOM POST TYPES: Products/services/tutorial-videos/merch/bundles/team/support/banners all use Custom Post Type (CPT) and a sidebar custom category menu-widget.
