Build a Custom Wordpress Plugin

Please see the attached file for the details of the project. Please let me know the secret word in the attachment to make sure you've read the project document in it's entirety.
By submitting a bid for this project, you are agreeing to the following:
- Perfect communication. English must be or equal to your first language. Delays because of communication are not acceptable.
- All work on this project WILL take place on my test server.
- Plugin will be my property when completed.
- 2 Milestones will be paid. $100 on award of the project the remainder when work is completed and plugin has been tested to my satisfaction.
- Wordpress coding standards must be followed.
- This plugin must be work with Wordpress 3.6.
- Any javascript used MUST be from jQuery and MUST be from Wordpress. No additional jQuery versions can be loaded.
- All javascript used must be written in "No Conflict" mode so the plugin WILL NOT interfere with any other plugin.
