BuddyPress Customized Template

Recently, I posted two projects. Doing it for the FIRST time, it took me 2 hours. To do it again would take an hour. I've already installed WP, Multisite, BP and a multitude of themes. It's not difficult and it's not worth anywhere near $300. To charge that means you either don't know what you're doing or you're trying to take advantage of someone's ignorance and make a lot of money from them for a little bit of work. That said... > Do not respond if you don't have extensive experience working with WP and BP. I know enough to test your knowledge. > Do not harrass me to reply to you immediately. Do not bombard me with emails, hound me to give you the job or ask me to Skype with you. > Do not address me as Sir. A simple "Hi" works fine these days. Asia, get up to speed on this! You're still living in the '60s. You must... > Be VERY fluent in English. I don't have time for communication problems. > Be able to answer my questions with a clear and definitive response. I don't want general answers I can find online. At the end of this, I need to understand the back-end of things as well as you do. > Understand Multisite and BuddyPress as well as the challenges of tweaking themes with this file structure. IF you can do all of these things, I will hire you for much more work. The budget I'm looking for right now is $80-100. It's not a lot but it is work and could lead to a lot more work. I am working in BuddyPress with WPMUDEV's Studio theme. I need the following: > Buttons like Home, Activity, etc. are not showing - need to you to fix that and explain the problem (in case I run into it again) > Customization to CSS > Some tweaking to the [login to view URL] file > Insertion of logo instead of standard "typed" site name and tag > Creating layout of Studio theme to look like the demo using placeholder images that I can replace later To consider the job "done," the site's home page must function and look very similar to the Studio demo. I want to tweak a few things such as the columns. I may add some plugins but will consider this additional work not related to this project. I am ready to hire someone immediately. Again, this is a starter project. If you can prove to me you know what you're doing, you're fast and reliable, it will lead to a lot more work. You will not have to keep bidding on projects. You will have work on a weekly basis for the next year or so, as long as I am happy with the results. I am not difficult to work for provided you know what you are doing. I don't have time to waste with people who are not qualified. If I do not respond to your bid or PM, it means you aren't what I'm looking for or you're charging too much. I hope to find the right person from this posting.
