Ajax Menu on Wordpress site

I want a drop down menu very similar to the one on [login to view URL] to be put on my wordpress site. The menu needs to be able to hover and be slightly transparent just like the [login to view URL] site while opening up during a mouse hover to reveal more options. Users will need to be able to input information that will be sent to my Google Forms (or any other database you recommend) If possible it could be a wordpress plugin that I could change the color, transparency, font, and size if I choose and also be input to a Facebook Fan page. It really should be pretty simple to anyone familiar with Ajax menus and wordpress and probably wouldn't take long at all.
