data transfer to html code for craigslist ads

I am a Real Estate Broker and I need a tool for my assistants to use that will pull data from the Multiple Listing Service and create a HTML ad that they can post on Craigslist. It can be a simple Access Form or some simillar easy to use GUI. Right now they are using cut and paste into HTML code using MS [login to view URL] it is too labor intensive. The output should be in HTML and when posted has the look of a Postlet ad. (research Postlet ads to understand what I'm after here)
