bluetooth marketing (business card sender via bluetooth dongle)

we need some software to run a bluetooth dongle to send business cards to any bluetooth device in range, this is for direct bluetooth marketing, it must have some kind of security (activation code?) and be able to transmit pictures as well as text. there is some free software on the market but we would like ours branded. would like the software to run on XP, Vista & win7, ease of instalation is not essential but would be nice. some software we have tried is [login to view URL]'s software and blue vcard sender. these do offer re-branding (for a price but the software is very unstable) so would like to get our own done as this will be a lot easier for us to understand if we can talk to the coder/designer. we are looking to use belkin bluetooth dongles as these are easy to get and are widely recognised. if anything is unclear please contact us. we have set up a? website (under construction) with what we look to offer customers.
