Device driver for Labview and Dynamic C Programming

Need assistance in Dynamic c programming. Need to communicate Rabbit processor to Labview through TCP/IP. The project involves the rabbit processor to retrieve analogue or digital signal data and send it through TCP/IP protocol for labview to display. Rabbit processor uses Dynamic C. Labview may need device driver written in Windows platform so that Rabbit can communicate with the software. I'm unsure whether this is needed though. Urgently need help. Will pay for a good job done.
