Design of 3 mock-up templates for website.

I have a website [login to view URL] which I would like to rebuild from scratch. I am looking to hire designers to do 3 mock-up design for the website. And once I have chosen a mock-up that I like I will ask for a polished final version to be used in the website. The mock up can be rough but they need to give me a good idea of the concept and what you are capable of. Bear in mind these wwebsite would need to html based and would have text on them. Please could put the quote in here for how much you would want to do the three mock-ups and then mention in the reply how much you would want to do the polished finished version. I have multiple different websites and I am looking to find one or two talent designers that I can build a working relationship with, for multiple different projects of varying sizes. (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
