Delphi to C# Web Service

Small C# web service needed. I have a coding problem that I can't get past and need it solved in a hurry. We have a 2 C# web services. The first sits in a DMZ and calls a 2nd web service inside a network on port 4022. The 2nd web service communicates with a SQL Server 2000 database, and returns a XML document. The 1st web service then returns this to the calling application. When the calling application is written in C# this works fine, but when the calling app is written in Delphi, I get the error message: Server was unable to process request. ---> Object reference not set to an instance of an object. This message only appears when the 1st web service calls the 2nd. If I return data from the 1st web service, it works fine. I'm looking for 2 web services that replicate the above situation and are able to be called successfully by a Delphi application. If you can supply a sample Delphi application all the better but not mandatory. Also, need this in a hurry! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform C# .NET 2.0
