DHCP Server / Firewall with Web Authentication

I am looking to create a system that does the following. A program or set of programs (opensource/freeware is ok) to grant access or restrict access to a network (without installing software on the client computer) based on a password that has a built in timeout (30 minutes, 60 minutes) configurable. The purpose of this system is to install a firewall at an internet cafe to restrict access unless someone purchases a block of time. Needed: Firewall that can be configured on the fly. Web page that allows entry of password to grant open access to internet. the web page would communicate with the firewall to open the session for x minutes. an interface where a person can request a (short) password to give to a customer after they buy access. The access time does not start until they log in to the web page. This is just an idea I had and the details are a little sketchy so if you have suggestions or ideas, please let me know. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I would prefer to have this for WIN32 but would consider a VERY easy to install linux ISO image.
