Create usernames in a Domain Windows server 2003

Hi I need a code in C# that allow me to create users in my Domain which is in Windows 2003 Server. I want to be able to run this code from any computer and be able to authenticate with the proper credentials in order to create the users. Its in C# and I need the code not the software. Project is very small so throw out your bid. Any question... just ask me.
