Create 2 PDF's for a press/media kit

We need the two PDF's that are attached recreated with a better, more professional layout. These PDF's form the core of our Press/Media kit, and they currently do NOT look professional. The PDF's need to be re-created with an look and feel that complements this website: [login to view URL] By "complements", we mean a layout that has similar stylistic elements as [login to view URL], such as: * usage of our colors (grey, tan, red, etc) * usage of the "faded grey" background -- [login to view URL] * Usage of general "look and feel" characteristics * Usage of our logo (which we have available in a high-res format) **The PDF's need to have a professional look and feel that is typical of high quality design.** DO NOT BID ON THIS REQUEST unless you have solid, proven design skills for brochures. We are ONLY looking for HIGHLY QUALIFIED bidders to convert these documents to something more professional. In the bid request: * , * State which tools you will use to make the new PDF's (i.e., photoshop, In Design, Quark, ...) * Also include any examples of previous work. You will possibly need to go through several renditions of these PDF's before we are satisfied. If we don't like the PDF, we will request a new design. Please calculate this time into your bid. The Vinquire logo and the staff pictures will be made available in high-res format once I have chosen your bid. Finally, you will NOT need to write copy (text) for these new PDF's. The existing copy should work for the new designs. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
