Concrete5 Theme editing

I have a site that I developed using concrete5 CMS that I need some help tweaking. The main issue is the page does not view correctly in internet explorer 6 and 8. I am not too worried about i.e. 6 as it is not supported by most, but i need a hack or a redirect to another css for user of i.e. 8 the site is: [login to view URL] if you view it in any broweser other than i.e. 8 it should look fine. So I am looking for an experienced concrete5 developer to work out a hack for internet explorer 8 users. Please do not bid if you have never used concrete5.
