Cold Fusion Shopping cart and Customer Relationship software

We are a small company with approximatley 6 products and several types of memberships to our subscription based service.

We need a shopping cart built in Cold fusion that can take care of products and memberships. The memberships have to be automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period on a month to month basis

The shopping cart should integrate with customer relationship software. In other words and automatic series of emails are to go out according to the product or membership which is purchased. (sequential autoresponder system)

I want to be able to take care of the software from my site managment system.

The software will be similar to auto responder plus which is not written in Cold fusion. The site is written entirely in cold fusion and we would like to keep it that way.

We are interested in anyone with extensive cold fusion experience who has dealt with e commerce before. If you have a program already written that can we integrated sucessfully with my site, that is fine.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
